By entering and by their presence at The Women of Quail Creek (TWOQC) hosted or sponsored events and programs, attendees consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Their entry constitutes their consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media* of their appearance, voice, name and published details for any purpose whatsoever in connection with The Women of Quail Creek.
Attendees understand that all photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media* will be done in reliance on this consent given by individuals by entering the area of a TWOQC (hosted or sponsored) event or program. If attendees do not agree to the foregoing, they are advised not to enter the event or program of which may be sponsored or hosted by TWOQC.
*Media is unlimited and may include editorial trade, product advertising and such other fashion/business purpose in any manner and medium. TWOQC has unrestricted use of photos, video and published details for whatever purpose they deem necessary.
