NEEDS ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS
Effective December 1, 2022, all charities wishing to request consideration for a donation, both monetary and in-kind, from The Women of Quail Creek (TWOQC) for the year 2023, must submit a Needs Assessment Form (see form links below).
For 2023, your application must include:
- proof of your 501status, or
- your IRS approved tax-exempt organization
The IRS letter of identification will be required if your request is approved for funding. To be considered, your request must reach us by the 31st of March 2023 to be considered.
The Needs Assessment Form is available in the TWOQC slot on the wall located in the hallway of the Quail Creek Madera Clubhouse (map) starting the 1st of December 2022. You may also download the form here:
1) online application form – download to your computer/device and type in answers in each section
2) handwritten fill-in application form – download to your computer/device, print form, and hand-write answers

The Funding and Giving Committee will review all applications and make recommendations to the TWOQC Executive Board. The Executive Board will have final approval of all requests. Approved donation requests, both monetary and in-kind, will be subject to funds available.
