SPECIAL “LADIES NIGHT” ANNOUNCEMENT!
Nov. 12, 2018 · 8:30 p.m. — Ladies Night Out was a HUGE success this evening. Watch for the online Feedback Form in this week’s Friday Morning Message. If you attended the event, please take a moment to fill out the form. Thank you.
We are launching the holidays a little early but after Monday’s program we are sure you will be ready. Dress in holiday attire or dress casual, whatever makes you happy. But be ready for fun as we learn together how to entertain and enjoy what the fall and holidays can offer.
Have a scarf that you love but you struggle with how to wear it? Bring it along! Are you all thumbs when you wrap gifts or attempt to make bows? Prepare to be amazed and conquer your clumsiness.
Several lucky women will enjoy mini-facials, nail color changes, chair massages or other beauty treatments. Everyone will enjoy passed appetizers (in the first hour) and may purchase beer or wine ($5, cash only, NO Robson cards accepted).
Tickets may be sold out by the time you are reading this but check with Diane, programs@womenqc.com to see if there are any left.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Get there by 6:30 to have a chance to enjoy everything.
Join us for the annual holiday extravaganza on Monday, December 10th. Seats for the TWOQC Holiday Luncheon are $20 for members and $25 for first-time guests. Come and enjoy a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings; mashed potatoes, dressing, salad, choice of dressing, green beans and a sprinkled cupcake for dessert.
Have your picture taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Purchase raffle tickets for a lovely centerpiece surprise, join in on holiday caroling, meet YOTO dignitaries. To purchase your luncheon reservation contact Bobbi Gordon at (520) 625-9353 or activities@womenqc.com.

Youth On Their Own is experiencing an unprecedented increase in participants in their program for homeless youth. These young people are working hard to stay in school and to keep their lives together. If you didn’t get one of TWOQC’s holiday cards for YOTO you can still help.
Buy a warm blanket or fluffy throw and a $25 gift card. If you are attending the holiday luncheon on Dec 10, bring those items with you. Don’t wrap them; we’ll take care of that.
If you’re not planning to attend the luncheon, bring the blanket and card to Diane Quinn’s house, 2276 E Skywalker Way, before December 9 and the committee will make sure it makes it to YOTO.

JUST IN FROM THE SCHOLARSHIPS COMMITTEE:
The merchandise stocks of cute TWOQC logo items, which support educational scholarship fund, are almost gone! The holidays are coming and there are only 2 aprons ($18 ea.) and some wine totes ($4 ea.) still available. Don’t be left without your gifts. Email Suzan Bryceland @ scholarships@womenqc.com.
The work, effort, and commitment by the Scholarship Committee to make Oktoberfest and the fundraising efforts such a success was celebrated at the Stables Restaurant in Tubac. It was a quick breather before getting down to the real work of deciding who will receive a scholarship. The Committee’s plans include one young lady from each of our local high schools, Sahuarita and Walden Grove, and four Woman-In-Transition. Stay tuned for more information.
We thank the membership of TWOQC and the Quail Creek community for their terrific support during the fundraising season. CHEERS!
