She’s Back on Board!
Peggy McGee has agreed to serve as Programs Chair completing the remainder of the term of Kathe Alves, who is moving out of state. Peggy will be working on securing whatever events we may hold during the rest of 2020 and she will work with her team to lay a framework for 2021. With her acceptance of this appointment and ratification by the Executive Board, Peggy returns to the Board after a few years off. Good to have you back, Peggy!
Youth On Their Own
Two – Cans for YOTO
Youth On Their Own (YOTO) is reopening their Mini-Mall and they need your help! The shelves of this small grocery store-like area are nearly depleted. They need non-perishable food and personal hygiene items for their students. The students can “shop” (at no cost to them) the Mini-Mall for items they need. YOU can help by dropping off just 2 cans of food in a TWOQC collection bin at the addresses below. Members of the YOTO committee will then transport your donations to YOTO offices in Tucson. Also, if you have an old Laptop you want to pass on it would be greatly appreciated and accepted. YOTO staff will make it school ready for a student in need.
Items in need
Food: Ramen Noodles, Canned Chunky Soup, Canned Mixed Veggie, Canned Fruit, Dry Pasta, Canned pasta sauce, Mac’n Cheese, Canned Chili, Refried beans, Peanut butter, Jelly, Oatmeal, Cereal, Canned Tuna or Chicken.
Basic Hygiene: Shampoo, Conditioner, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Deodorant, Soap, Feminine Hygiene products, Razors, Body lotion.
Household Essentials: Toilet paper, Laundry Pods, Dish Soap, All-purpose cleaner.

Youth On Their Own Dealing with Our Changing World
