DG 2023 holiday luncheon_IMG_0303 2

As we approach the end of 2023, I want to reflect on this past year. The Women of Quail Creek continues to grow to meet our mission of learning, giving, and engaging.

For learning, our small group and member programs presented great educational offerings with such things as our book and garden groups and our members programs.

The giving has grown with the Scholarship Matching Fund Drive, the continuing Memorial Scholarships, and the successful Javelina Hoedown. We also give through our in-kind projects such as the Holiday Salvation Army gift drive, Teacher shower, and Book drive for young students.

As a group, we are engaged in all above plus our luncheons and many small group activities. [Holiday Luncheon Photos by Lois Haglund, TWOQC Photographer]

In 2024, the Executive Board will consist of both *new and seasoned Officers and Directors. Incoming President, Sharon Pulcinella, has a lot of experience on the Board. She will competently guide the Board into the new year.

The creation of the Director of Scholarships reflects the commitment of TWOQC to assisting women with their post high school education. The Community Outreach committee is now overseeing all our local charities, either with in-kind or financial donations. Our program offerings continue to expand to meet the diverse membership.

♥ I treasure my 2-years as President of this wonderful organization including the ability to work with so many committed and talented women. I look forward to watching TWOQC grow into the future.
