REMINDER! Here’s the 2021 FMM schedule. Watch for the first FMM on Jan. 15, 2021.

A year has passed again and we find the Holidays upon us. When 2020 began, we had no idea what the coming months would bring. So much stress, so many missed activities, so few get-togethers with friends and loved ones. We now find 2021 coming in the next few weeks and it looks like hope is on the horizon.

We are looking forward to seeing you soon and providing many new and exciting programs and activities. Our membership has been so supportive this year. So many hours of time have been given by Board and Committee members and so many donations have been made by you, our members, to care for women, other seniors, veterans, and community members in need.

May you all have joy and health during this Holiday season and may the New Year bring you happiness.

Please check your email and your Spam folder for a Survey Monkey Election Form from me, Becky Ashin. We’ve had reports that the email has gone into Spam folders. A reminder email will go out today. Please check for this email and vote for new Board members.

If you haven’t renewed your TWOQC membership, now is the time! We have lots of new programs planned for next year so hopefully, you’ll join us.

Please contact Membership (alphiesmith@comcast.net) to coordinate picking up your new name tag and drop off your check. Make your check out to TWOQC for $25.

We are grateful to you for your ongoing support of our community projects. During a year with countless challenges, you have stepped forward to ensure the health and safety of our neighbors in Green Valley, Sahuarita, and beyond.

We appreciate your many donations to hospitalized and homeless veterans, Genesis House, and food banks. We especially offer thanks to those who contributed gift cards, book lights, and new caps for the VA’s holiday wish list. Hundreds of cards, Love Notes, brought hope to our long-term care residents. Take heart in the good you have provided.
